My Favourite Method for Applying Foundation

Like concealer , there are so many ways to apply foundation. I just started using this method and it's by far the best I've ever tried. It looks totally natural while providing great coverage. Squeeze about a dime size amount of liquid foundation onto the back of your hand. With a clean finger, dot foundation all over your face. Using a flat top brush, stipple the foundation into your skin and lightly buff it into your face and neck until blended. Repeat these steps if you want full coverage. That's it!

Fashion Favourites: Oscar de la Renta Looks

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Oscar de la Renta last week. He was such a talented designer and truly one of the remaining greats. He trained with Cristobal Balenciaga, and worked at Lanvin and Arden before launching his own ready to wear label in 1965. Over the years, he expanded into accessories, perfume, bridal wear and home wear. He also designed Balmain's haute couture collection from 1993 to 2002. He was a favourite designer of celebrities and first ladies. Today I'm taking a look back at some of my favourite de la Renta looks from both the red carpet and the runway.
