I was saddened to hear about the passing of Oscar de la Renta last week. He was such a talented designer and truly one of the remaining greats. He trained with Cristobal Balenciaga, and worked at Lanvin and Arden before launching his own ready to wear label in 1965. Over the years, he expanded into accessories, perfume, bridal wear and home wear. He also designed Balmain's haute couture collection from 1993 to 2002. He was a favourite designer of celebrities and first ladies. Today I'm taking a look back at some of my favourite de la Renta looks from both the red carpet and the runway. With the end of Paris Fashion Week, Fashion Month is officially over! I don't know about you, but I've loved watching all the shows. The Paris shows were by far my favourite, and these are my absolute favourite looks!
